-We only do shipping for orders above 50 pcs.

-We do not responsible for any damage done by the courier during shipping process.

-Shipping fee is RM15 for WM and RM20 for EM.

- Return/Exchange must be made in 7 days time after delivery

-Orders during sale or with vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.

-Must include original packaging.

-All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by Aiskrim Malaysia By Nanis, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without providing reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.
